Hi there! I’m Emily
Born and raised in Michigan, almost always found with a camera in hand. From a young age, I enjoyed photographing with my littl disposable camera. However, my true love for photography formed in high school when I had the opportunity to photograph for the school yearbook and for my brother’s baseball team. It allowed me to realize that I was capturing more than just a pitch or an at bat but rather emotions and expressions. It was from there that I have had the extraordinary opportunity to photograph everything from presidential campaigns, protests, championships, engagements, fashion shows, creative shoots, and even the fastest 2 minutes in sports. While living in Louisville, Kentucky, I was so fortunate to learn from and collaborate with incredibly talented creatives from all walks of life to dive even deeper into my craft.
What my experiences have taught me is that photography is more than simply pushing a button; it’s about using your camera as a tool to create a piece of art and capturing a moment in time.
